Since joining the Hoops in the summer, attacker Liel Abada has been somewhat of a revelation, playing a key part in many of Ange Postecoglou’s sides victories in the first half of the campaign.

Signing for around £3.5 million in the summer, many fans weren’t sure what sort of contribution to expect from the then 19-year old coming from the Israeli league.

However, Abada showed what he was all about, getting off to a flyer in his Celtic debut, scoring in the 1-1 draw vs FC Midtjylland.

The 20-year old has played in a host of positions due to the ongoing injury worries which Postecoglou has had to face throughout the season so far.

Speaking in a question and answer session with the Celtic support, Abada went on to reveal where his favoured position in the side is, stating that he is most comfortable on the right-hand side.

Although the majority of his appearances have come off the right, a lot of fans were impressed with the Israeli winger’s performances through the middle against Ross County and St Johnstone in particular.

Sometimes, it is easy to forget just how young Abada is, and the wide man still has a lot of developing in his game to do.

In saying that, he continues to contribute massively to the Hoops title push this season and hopefully will continue to in the coming months.
