It’s pretty unheard of ti sell merchandise of a player/coach after they’ve left the club but Yokohama Marinos are trying to cash in on the hardcore support for their former manager Ange Postecoglou.
The club have put out a special jersey among other things with the Celtic manager’s face on it – celebrating his tenure in charge of the club.
The shirt costs a whopping £124!

Ange’s last game in charge of the Japanese club saw them fall to a shock cup exit but he still received a standing ovation from those in attendance. Postecoglou really is adored by the Yokohama faithful for what he done at the club.
If he nails next season with Celtic, the adulation will be similar but it might be more fleeting than his support in Japan. At Celtic, you’re a poor substitution away from being asked to resign.
