Ac Milan is reportedly set to be without Croatian key attacking star, Ante Rebic for Thursday night’s Europa League game at Celtic Park on Thursday night.

According to reports in Italy at Calcio Mercato, Rebic has had a meeting with the Milab medical staff and they fell that the recovery is key so he is likely going to miss the opening group stage tie against Celtic.

He is set to have another medical check on Wednesday or Thursday, so we will know for sure by then if that is the case.

Milan has so much talent in attacking areas, with world-class players such as Zlatan Ibrahimovic. So for a player of Rebic’s quality to be missing out, can be seen as a slight boost to Neil Lennon and his side.

There is even talk of the Milan manager, Stefano Pioli making several changes to the side, that defeated Inter on Saturday night. These players do include the likes of Brahim Diaz though who was signed from Real Madrid.

Celtic have a serious game on their hands and after the tough week the club has had we need to be ready for a game of this magnitude against a top side.
