Former Celtic boss Neil Lennon is not done with management and will continue his pursuit as coach down south according to reports.

The Irishman has hired a new agency to work on his PR according to Alan Nixon in the print edition of The Sun on Sunday (23.05.21, pg. 59).

Neil has been out of work for around three months now and has been working in the media since his departure from Celtic.

We believe he will continue to do work where possible to up his image in the game after stints at Hibernian and Celtic ended badly.

The Hoops legend did secure his own treble at the club two seasons ago and topped a very difficult Europa League group in the same season. That might count for something but Neil clearly recognises his image needs to improve to secure a new opportunity down south.

Celtic are still waiting to confirm who the next manager of the football club will be, considering Neil left at the end of February, it’s pretty poor going.

  1. I’m wishing Neil all the best and everything but the problem isn’t his public image. The problem is that he’s shown everyone he’s not really up to the demands of modern coaching – it’ll take more than a PR douche to get rid of that “took a team from “invincible” to “derisable”” stank I’m afraid…
He might get hired by some lower league team that’s looking for “a name” to shift season tickets but I think it will take a real miracle for Lenny to ever get near a real top side again.
