The Greek Super League club are looking for a new boss after Michel left the club last month and Lennon is expected to meet with the hierarchy within the next 72 hours.
Currently occupying third place in the league, three points ahead of PAOK and seven behind Panathinaikos, a third–placed finish would see them qualify for the Europa Conference League for next season.
Neil Lennon managed Omonia in the Europa League this season, but failed to make it out of the group after not picking up a win against Man United, Real Sociedad and Sheriff Tiraspol.
