NEIL LENNON was only confirmed as the permanent Celtic manager just over a week ago and since then the Irishman has went off the grid while the rest of us run around to try and find out what he has up his sleeve for the coming season.

Debate on targets, tactics and prospects were going on long before last season was over and the chat has only intensified as we find things to talk about to fill the football void.

There’s not been much to go on so far, some sound bites from the new manager’s first press conference on CelticTV where he mentioned he would do ‘whatever it takes’ to improve his squad for next season.

The manager has been able to lay low because of the off-season but be rest assured there’s no chance Neil has been taking it easy and we’re about to find out what he’s been up to within the next week or so.

The bhoys (including Neil Lennon) are due back at Lennoxtown next Monday where they will begin to prepare for the coming season. Lennon will walk into the office he has been occupying for the past three months and he’ll begin to show his hand in the transfer market and who he has high hopes for this season.

The questions are there to be answered; Will Arzani get game time? Has Lewis Morgan got a future? Shveds abilities? The lack of defenders and what to do with the players who are surplus to requirements.

It’s thought we will find out about Mikael Lustig’s future before they squad return.

Over to you Neil.
