VICTOR WANYAMA’S future at Spurs looks bleak with the manager looking to shake things up during the January transfer window.

Spurs are in the top four and are in the hunt to be crowned Premier League Champions – even if it’s an outside chance.

Wanyama, who was a success at Spurs, to begin with, has fallen away and is now struggling to get into the side.

The London club seems open to selling the player in January and according to the Daily Mail, the player is attracting interest from West Brom.

If that really is true, Celtic MUST ask the question of Spurs and try to bring the midfielder ‘home’ to Celtic Park.

Wanyama hasn’t hidden his love for Celtic since playing for the club under Neil Lennon and even moving on to Southampton the Kenyan has always kept in touch with what’s happening.

Surely, if the player is up for grabs, it would be negligible for Celtic not to ask the question?!

  1. Let’s face it. Even the tip championship teams can offer bigger salaries. Wanyama wasn’t born in Scotland, Celtic means no more to him than any other team with more money.
