Excitement builds among the Celtic fans as they anticipate a return to Paradise this Saturday when Dundee will challenge the league leaders.

Currently leading solely on goal difference but a significant four points ahead of their Glasgow rivals, Rangers, Celtic are in a prime position to strengthen their lead.

Interestingly, Saturday’s fixtures could be interesting. With the second and third-placed teams going head-to-head concurrently with Celtic’s match, there’s a chance for Celtic to further their advantage at the top. Meanwhile, Rangers are scheduled for the lunchtime kick-off, providing them an opportunity to temporarily close the gap.

Predicted Line-up for Saturday’s Clash:

Goalkeeper: Joe Hart is expected to retain his spot, given his consistent performances.

Defence: The defensive line might see Johnston, Lagerbielke, Philips, and Taylor. Despite Scales impressing at Ibrox, he might not make the cut this time. Notably, Nat Philips, who missed the Ibrox trip, is likely to make his debut against Dundee.

Midfield: This is where debates intensify. Holm and Bernardo are potential starters, but Brendan Rodgers may not shake things up too much from the previous lineup. Therefore, the midfield might consist of Callum McGregor, along with Matt O’Riley and, perhaps a bit controversially, David Turnbull. Though some fans might prefer a different combination, this trio seems to be the gaffer’s likely choice.

Attack: The frontline poses some questions. With Abada potentially sidelined, there’s uncertainty. While Palma is a possible replacement, his international duty on Wednesday followed by a long journey back to Glasgow might see him benched. As a result, Yang could start on the right, with sharpshooter Kyogo central and Maeda occupying the left wing.

  1. Scales instead of Phillips & you have your team.

Yang should definitely start in place of injured Abada(who has developed well into his specialist role) & may make it difficult for anyone to shift him from that position after what we’ve seen briefly of him.

Yangs cameo for South Korea was impressive, tracked back helped the defence out, full of energy & running…really stood out.
