NEIL LENNON made mistakes on Thursday night which contributed to our overall downfall, there were poor performances all over the pitch.
One thing which was blatantly obvious on the night was Scott Brown wasn’t fully fit if you watched him on the night, it was clear as day.
Did Neil Lennon take a risk because we already had Olivier Ntcham and Ryan Christie out of the squad? If that’s the case then it speaks to a bigger issue that comes from the January window when we didn’t add first team ready players to our squad.
Brown was off the pace and never managed to get into the game. Other players around him struggled to get to grips with the positions they’d been put in. Ajer at right-back was also a peculiar decision and having Taylor playing wing-back is also up there. Taylor is a very efficient left-back but he’s struggled to adjust to his new role.
Playing half-fit players in a game of so much significance should not be happening at a club our size.
