There was concerns Celtic were going to have a very low quality looking Adidas logo on the top tier after previously having prominent Nike and New Balance logos taking pride of place in the upper north stand.

However, today the new logo has been finished and it looks the part!

The traditional Adidas iconic three-stripe logo has taken its place in time for the next home game which will be a Champions League qualifier.

It may sound ridiculous to a lot of people but Celtic Park is truly a phenomenal looking stadium which has had so much done to it over the years. Having a low brow logo would have taken the shine off the stadium and it’s great to see the logo in its entirety.

The bhoys have entered into a five-year deal with the sporting manufacturer. Two kits have already been released with the third kit surely on the way. So far, supporters appear to be delighted with the new gear – for Celtic, it’s just keeping up with demand.
