In recent games, Ange Postecoglou’s side has had some troubles when it comes to crucial penalties.

With the score being 1-0 to Bayer Leverkusen at the time, the vast majority of fans would have had some nerves seeing any player step up to take a penalty that would see the Hoops back on level terms.

One man who certainly wasn’t nervous, though, was defender Josip Juranovic – the coolest man in the stadium, slotting home a panenka penalty off the underside of the bar from 12-yards out.

The Croatian full-back received much praise from supporters online and even had pundits hailing his ‘sensational moment, with former Scotland internationalist James McFadden being impressed with what he had seen.

McFadden told BBC Scotland: “Josip Juranovic could not have been any cooler. That penalty is sensational!”

If there were any doubts before, there definitely isn’t now over how the penalty taker is in Ange Postecoglou’s Celtic side.

Stepping up to take the spot-kick, Juranovic was calmness personified, slotting the ball past Lukáš Hrádecký in goal.

The result was disappointing in the end on Thursday night. However, we learned a lot about this Celtic side, going up against quality opposition – including the fact, there should be no questions over who the penalty taker is.
