CELTIC start their Europa League campaign this week when they head to France to take on Rennes. The bhoys have been keeping their momentum going after the international break and still have a 100% record in the SPFL as well as a quarter-final date in the League Cup.

But how are our group rivals doing?

We take on Rennes this Thursday off the back of another win but the French side stuttered in their own league game. Celtic’s euro rivals drawing 0-0 with Brest in a local derby.

Some may say this will have no bearing on how Celtic get on against the French club but Neil Lennon has been scouting them and they will have no doubt found way to try and stop them scoring.

Elsewhere in the group Lazio and Cluj will be kicking off against one another. Cluj go into the game off the back of hammering Voluntari 5-0 in the Romanian League. As for Lazio they blew a 1-0 lead against Spal away and a last gasp winner seen them lose 2-1 on the day ahead of their Europa opener.

Cluj 5-0 Voluntari

Spal 2-1 Lazio

Brest 0-0 Rennes
