SCOTT BROWN is reportedly looking to bring the curtain down on his playing career at the end of the season after his move to Aberdeen turned sour in recent times.

The Celtic legend moved up north to support his mate Stephen Glass who was given the Aberdeen job back in the summer. Broony was taken on as a player/coach, but results this season ultimately cost Glass his job.

Jim Goodwin has come into the club with rumours coming from many different sources Scott’s coaching role is now non-existent.

RecordSport now reports Scott is looking not only to end his stay at Aberdeen but hang up his boots when the season is over.

Scott has been an incredible servant for Celtic over the years and didn’t get the send-off he deserved due to the pandemic locking fans out of grounds.

There has to be a moment down the road when Celtic fans and Scott get together to celebrate all he has done for the club. Could he be heading back to Celtic in a coaching capacity sometime down the road? I wouldn’t bet against it.
