CELTIC took part in a closed door game against a Brentford B side today and Jack Hendry who started the match was sent off for a straight red in the second half.
The Celtic academy twitter page categorise the challenge as ‘rough’. Considering it was a closed door friendly, to be sent off, it would’ve had to been a bad one!

Hendry has been injured for the past few months and has only started getting game time with the reserves again.
Right now, the defender seems so far away from the first team. Nir Bitton is considered more of a back up in defence than the former Dundee player.
This might not do his cause any good, Celtic were 2-1 down to Brentford at the time of the sending off.

The developmental side has a lot of talent within its ranks and don’t be surprised to see a few call ups before too long.
