Bright Osayi-Samuel could be heading for the QPR exit in January after a huge change of heart from the London club.

Celtic have been keeping tabs on him with one RecordSport report claiming the midfielder was a ‘top priority’ for the club.

According to The 72, QPR have now accepted Bright will not sign a new deal with the club and instead of holding onto him for another six months, they want to cash in on the midfielder.

Celtic are in the market for a right sided winger and with the fee for the player likely to be low and affordable, it could be a deal the club can get done over the next few weeks.

The transfer window opens on January 2nd and the clubs are free to sign and sell players up until February 1st. The bhoys need some reinforcements but the January window is a difficult time to get quality in the door.

Could Bright be one man who makes the move to Glasgow?
