Albian Ajeti found himself in the media hot seat today before the Champions make a short trip to St. Mirren tomorrow to try and work their way into second place in the league table.

Celtic are two games behind the top two in the table and tomorrow evenings game in hand will see the Bhoys move into second spot with still one game to spare.

Neil Lennon’s lineup last weekend brought much joy to Celtic fans as they finally got their wish of 3-5-2 but more importantly two proper strikers starting. Fans will be hoping Lennon sticks to this formation and so will Ajeti.

When asked about the quality of his new strike partner Edouard, Ajeti was quick to point out the quality all over the first-team squad.

The new signing has bagged himself three goals in three games and fans will be hoping for more goals tomorrow. The Swiss international is not fully fit yet and what a prospect he looks based on his return from a player who hasn’t kicked a ball since January.
