Reported incoming Celtic right-back Josip Juranovic looks to have given the perfect send-off for his current side, Legia Warsaw scoring a brilliant effort to put them ahead against Slavia Prague.

In the last couple of days, the reports of the Croatian full-backs move to Glasgow have stepped up with suggestions that the deal is all but done and that the 26-year old will be flying to the country on Friday.

Warsaw manager Czesław Michniewicz also revealed he was edging closer to an exit and was in a dilemma as to whether he would feature.

However, he will be delighted that he did select him in the starting line-up as he put Legia 2-1 up in the tie.

Picking the ball up inside his own half, the full-back drives forward and scores thunderous effort into the top corner from outside the area.

If that’s what we are to expect from Juranovic if/when he joins the club, then we have an exciting player on our hands at a bargain price.
