DEREK MCINNES’s Kilmarnock side were soundly beaten by Celtic on Saturday afternoon. The bhoys won 3-1 to go extend their lead at the top of the SPFL table.

However, Derek McInnes feels aggrieved at Celtic’s second goal claiming Reo Hatate’s involvement in the goal should have saw the goal be chopped off.

Palma scored a fantastic strike from outside the area.

Replays and lines have been drawn on social media but we’ve not saw the VAR lines yet. There could be a case for it being offside. McInnes inevitably made that the focal point of his interview.

Over the years Derek has been beaten so many times by Celtic and refused to give them credit.

The Kilmarnock manager was not for bringing up the incredible decision not to award Celtic a foul thirty seconds before Kilmarnock scored their one and only goal. That wouldn’t fit into Derek’s narrative.

Speaking to Sky Sports, he’s clearly seething.

Celtic can feel aggrieved Kilmarnock got on the scoresheet af all. Maybe McInnes is playing his final cards as the Ibrox manager’s job is up for grabs.

  1. After every Celtic game, he’s like a broken record. Will never give us credit for winning, there’s always some excuse for him.
