MATT O’RILEY scored his first goal in green and white at Pittodrie in a nervy 3-2 win.

The English born player arrived from MK Dons in the January transfer window and slotted Postecoglou’s side exceptionally well. So far, the player has registered three assists, one of these coming tonight and one goal, which also came against Aberdeen.

Attacking-wise, there is no doubt in the player’s ability, but O’Riley has shown he can help out defensively, winning the ball back for his team many times over the past few games.

Every Celtic fan owes a thank you to Riley McGree and Middlesbrough.

The impact that O’Riley has had has been second to none, and he has adapted to Ange’s style well and is excelling.

At the age of 21, there is still time for the player to improve; his talent is exciting.

O’Riley is also in to travel to Qatar for the World Cup with Denmark. If he keeps this level of performance up, his phone will be ringing soon.
