KARAMOKO DEMBELE officially ended his long affiliation with Celtic in the summer, leaving as a free agent.
However, the player has so many friends and memories at the club, he’s always going to keep an eye on what’s going on in Glasgow despite moving to France.
So when his mate Stephen Welsh opened Celtic’s and his own scoring account for the season, Karamoko made sure to leave Stephen a message on the defender’s instagram page.
Dembele is continuing his career with French side FC Brest and is looking to fulfil his early potential.
Timing can be everything in football, unfortunately, it wasn’t to be at Celtic. The winger spent his whole childhood at the club and made his start in the game with the Scottish champions.
We hope Dembele can make a success of it in France and move onto bigger and better things down the line. Despite not making it at Celtic, we always like to see former bhoys do well for themselves.
