BRENDAN RODGERS has come out in praise of his side after seeing them draw 1-1 with Athens on the night.
Celtic dominated proceedings but a lapse in concentration gave the visitors a vital away goal.
Athens also played the last 35 minutes of the game with ten men but they were resolute and effective to keep Celtic out.
The manager couldn’t be over critical of his side.

Celtic know they will need to score over in Greece if they are to go any further in the competition.
If they play like they did on Wednesday then they’re still in with a shout.
