Although it is the international break, Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers has stayed put in Glasgow. The Irishman is raring to take his side to Tynecastle at the end of this week but on Sunday, he made a surprise appearance.
Local to Glasgow, junior side St. Rochs took on a Celtic select eleven for their centenary match. In a classy gesture, Hoops first-team manager Brendan Rodgers made an appearance:

St. Rochs eventually ran out 2-0 winners against a Celtic side consisting of the likes of Scott McDonald, John Hughes, Neil Lennon, and Bobby Petta among others. It was a display of the Bhoys’ old age that they were defeated in the match.
Nevertheless, it was a solid workout and a great celebration of St. Rochs. Rodgers once more showed the class of his character by turning up to this one, and in the end, he eventually presented the trophy to the home side.
