CELTIC are ready to do business in the January transfer window.

Brendan Rodgers knows he must reshuffle the deck to get the best out of his side and freshen things up.

With that in mind, Celtic are keeping close tabs on Michel Vorm as the player enters the last six months of his deal at White Hart Lane.

The 34-year-old has played under Brendan Rodgers before at Swansea. The Celtic manager initially tried to sign the player when he first got to Celtic but was rebuffed at the time by Spurs. The invincible manager then went for another former player in Dorus de Vries who has been used sparingly.

Rodgers is reportedly now looking to tempt the player up to Glasgow again with the Irishman keeping informed about Vorm’s status.

One position you might have thought wasn’t up for grabs would be Craig Gordon’s but it would appear nobody is safe.

A defender is also high on the gaffers list and by the looks of it, he wants to add experienced players to his team.
