Celtic have posted a good luck message to all their international bhoys ahead of their fixtures for their respective countries this week.

However, have they accidentally confirmed Olivier Ntcham has snubbed his Cameroon call-up after it was widely reported the Celtic midfielder was set to switch allegiance from France to Cameroon.

Born in France, Olivier is eligible for the French side and has played over 20 times for the under 21 team. However, with both of Ntcham’s parents hailing from Cameroon he is also eligible to play for the country of his parents birth.

The Stadio Olimpico last gasp hero was added to a list of prospective players for Cameroon’s ties this international break but it looks like he hasn’t answered the call.

Unless Celtic have forgotten about his decision to play for Cameroon or the country decided against the call-up.

The Cameroon side have been training ahead of their tie in Egypt and there’s no sign of the Celtic player either.

Ntcham has stayed quiet on the issue.
