Celtic boss Ange Postecoglou will be delighted to come through yesterday’s fixture unscathed after facing several injury nightmares in the past couple of months.

On Saturday, the Hoops took home all three points at Fir Park, and Ange was left delighted with his player’s performance off the back of the latest international break.

Speaking to BBC Scotland, the 56-year old will also be happy to come through without any injury issues as of yet from the victory as he provided fans with the latest update on players set to return to action ahead of Tuesday’s European tie against Ferencvaros.

“We’ll see how everyone pulls up. Adam Montgomery, as I said, missed out today, but he should be available.

We’ve got a couple more outside who potentially could be available. The good thing, as I said today, we got Mikey [Johnston] some time, Giakoumakis came on, Ajeti was fresh.

“So we can rotate the team a little bit.”

Yesterday, looking at the bench, it was good to see some more options available to Postecoglou in his squad, which has been left pretty threadbare in the recent fixtures.

Now, with players returning from injury, the former Socceroos boss is gaining the opportunity to rotate his side, which he hasn’t really been able to do since taking up the role as Hoops boss.

As we head into another crucial fixture in midweek as Ferencvaros travel to town, it is vital we have the options available to give us the best chance at picking up our first three points of the European campaign.
