Former Celtic midfielder Barry Robson is set to make a much-anticipated return to Parkhead as he takes part in the upcoming Celtic FC Foundation’s Legends Charity Match. Scheduled for Sunday, May 26.

Robson made a notable impact during his tenure with Celtic, contributing with his vigorous box-to-box style in 55 appearances.

The former Aberdeen manager is remembered fondly by the Celtic fans for his dynamic play and commitment during his playing days. His return to Celtic Park for the charity match is eagerly anticipated by fans who cherish his contributions to the club’s successes during his active years.

Paul Lambert, who played for both sides, will manage the team from the dugout, with Tom Boyd serving as his assistant. Scott Brown will captain the players on the pitch.

Tickets are still on sale for the match which is a day after the Scottish Cup Final, with Celtic taking on Rangers at Hampden Park.
