Celtic striker Albian Ajeti has failed to deceive so far during his Hoops career after joining the club last summer.
At times we have seen flashes, especially during his first few weeks before picking up an injury, where he showed his eye for goal. Since then, though, we haven’t seen much from the Swiss frontman.
However, this weekend appears to be his chance.
In today’s press conference, Ange Postecoglou hinted that the striker could be in line for a start after ‘working his socks off’ in training.
With new striker Georgios Giakoumakis currently not up to speed, going a couple of months since his last game, it certainly looks likely the 24-year old will be leading the line against Ross County.
In his last brief cameo against St Mirren, he again showed glimpses, winning the ball back to play his part in the sixth goal that day.
Now, it is time for Ajeti to finally show his full capabilities and if he can be relied upon by Celtic fans and Ange Postecoglou this campaign.
Failing to deceive or flattering ?
Hopeless. Should be nowhere near the team. Put the Greek in, even if he is short of full match fitness.
