Celtic have an outstanding record with their policy of signing up hot potential talent and turning them into first-team stars. This model has been perfecting by the champions over the past decade. It has helped the Bhoys win a massive trophy haul and brought in millions and millions to the Celtic bank account.

That is why when the champions get linked to a youngster it is more believable than some of the big-name signings the Hoops get tagged to. Reports in the Sun today are suggesting that the Bhoys are about to do battle with Manchester United and Wolves for the signing of 15-year-old Ross County player James Graham.

While very little is known about the youngster there is obviously some talent blossoming if he is attracting such attention already. The FA just announced today that all football in Scotland is to be suspended until mid-June. This will give Neil Lennon more time to look at potential signings in depth.

The Celtic academy already has a long list of potential next big things. Celtic’s track record of bringing through youth players should encourage any youngster to sign for the Hoops.
