CELTIC will go into the game tonight knowing they will have to win and win convincingly to stay at the top of the table. There is a three goal difference at the moment with Celtic making their mark against Aberdeen on Sunday.

Celtic Park has been a fortress for quite some time now domestically and after smashing six past Ross County over a week ago – Celtic will be looking for the best scoreline possible.

There’s a big semi-final coming up at the weekend so the sooner Celtic put the game to bed the better. Edouard is the only fit striker which presents a massive problem for Neil Lennon. If the game gets gritty with only the odd goal in it, the Celtic manager won’t be able to rest Eddy ahead of the Hampden tie against Hibernian.

It’s similar to last year when Edouard was having to carry the can for Celtic. He’s up to the challenge but overplaying him leaves him open to fatigue and injury.

We do have attacking midfielders who can fill in should they need to, but it’s not ideal.
