You might have forgotten he even existed since the summer but Celtic winger Marian Shved has been put into isolation after a player at his loan club tested positive for the virus.
Shved, who has only made three appearances for Mechelen this season, is one of the five players isolating as a result of coming into contact with the positive case.
COVID-update: William Togui moet een week langer in quarantaine. Hij testte zwak positief en heeft onvoldoende antistoffen opgebouwd.
De vijf andere spelers in quarantaine laten zich vandaag testen.

We’re unsure if the protocols but the player is being tested to find out if he also has the virus, if it’s a negative test, it remains to be seen if he’ll be allowed back into training.
Shved missed the game against Club Brugge as a result of isolating; the game ending 2-2 on the night.
The winger has hardly had a look in since he got to the club and right now it looks like a
wasted move for both parties.
The Ukrainian is unlikely to have a future at Celtic. Had he not gone out on loan he might have been tried on the wing with James Forrest out of commission.
