Chris Sutton has delivered his damning verdict on The Rangers FC statement after the club put out another petulant communication this evening.
Sutton rarely misses the mark and he certainly hits the nail on the head with regards to the Ibrox club.
This was a democratic vote that the majority of clubs voted for. They’re now threatening levels action and going against the majority of clubs wishes.
In reality, they are more upset about this than clubs being relegated and we all know why.
They cannot stand the fact they blew the title and with eight games still on the table they’re clinging to the notion they could have stopped Celtic. That’s what’s at play here.
Sutton calls them out for it in his tweet:

Celtic were well clear and on their way to nine in a row. The Rangers and their 2020 form only have themselves to blame. As we know, this is a club famous for deflection.
What is amusing though is how they’ve all forgotten their clubs capitulation and it will be the same lot trying to stop ten when football restarts.
The same old sevco war cry, .It wizna us it Wiz them!. What a poor apology for a football club. The scum and shame of Scotland know no limits to run down everybody and anybody that will listen.! They have lost the cosyness of being in cahoots with the brothers at the SFA with them all in the same lodge, and they are all falling out with each other as some are giving away their secrets! They can not agree with each other, do no way will they agree with anyone else. Gerrard has finally open his mouth, but again he has said nothing about the title, if it should be hand ped to Celtic or not, as he has his feet in two camps, ibrokes and Anfield !!! What if he says Celtic should not get the title. Well the same must apply for Liverpool. Ooopsadaisy! Hail Hail.
It is about time that the SPFL and the SFA took the tribute club/company to task for their total and absolute misconduct. Throw the book at them, with hold their cut of the money for league positions.
These halfwits wanted nil and void. Better still they wanted 2nd place payout !!!!!! Yeah it’s a belter.
