CELTIC take on St Johnstone at home today, looking to bounce back from a disappointing loss to Kilmarnock.

The Perthshire side sit bottom of the table with no points after the first two games, falling to defeat against Hearts and Ross County, both of which were 2-0 losses.

Celtic are looking to put in a good performance, something that hasn’t taken place yet under Brendan Rodgers, while also looking to get a few goals.

With injury hampering the backline, there are changes in defence today, with Rodgers needing to come up with a plan for at least this week as he tries to bring another face into the squad to help ease the pressure.

So, as Celtic looks to get back to winning ways, here’s the team that Brendan Rodgers has gone for:

The sun is shining over paradise as fans are arriving at the ground for what they hope will be their third league win of the season.

  1. Shocking, far to many midfielders. Not enough attackers, strikers, defenders. Or enough fit players. One month’s rest won’t cure our ills

Totl by default. Been selling needed players to much, and not replacing with better first

Better get the reserves in, or the cheque book out. FFS.
