Former Celtic defender Erik Sviatchenko has spoken out to the Scottish media about a reported return to the Hoops.
In an interview with Go Radio, the Danish defender appeared to be keeping his cards close to his chest in response as to whether he could return to Glasgow. However, he also did not deny that a move would not be happening.

The return of Sviatchenko would certainly look to split opinion between fans.
Some have stated they would love to see the defender, who was a fans favourite in his first spell, return to the club.
There are also people on the other side who think we should be looking elsewhere in our pursuit of a new defender.
It seems like a strange deal after letting the 29-year old go, but it remains whether we will make our move. CeltsAreHere has been told by an impeccable source that there is interest from Celtic and agents have been working in the background.
One thing is for certain, Sviatchenko will be making a return to Parkhead one way or another as the Hoops take on his current side Midtjylland in our first Champions League qualifier later this month.
Love to see the big Bhoy back in the hoops, he’s a guy who plays for the jersey and he gets Celtic.
