Former Celtic player Kieran Tierney was on the losing side on Monday night as his club Arsenal fell to a 3-1 defeat to Liverpool after initially taking the lead.
This Liverpool side continue to be relentless even against a more fresh looking Arsenal.
Kieran was involved in a very early flash point with social media discussing whether or not Sadio Mane should’ve been sent off for what looked like a punch to the face.
You can see below the contact, it has been a polarising video online with many saying Mane is innocently trying to shrug Kieran off while others feel VAR should have caught this and it could have been a red on the night.

It is a pivotal decision to make early on and had Mane been sent off there and then, he wouldn’t have been on the field to score. With all the talk down south about VAR interfering too much, they decided not to take a look this time.
