There’s a bit of hope for Celtic and the supporters this morning with France announcing they will start allowing no back into stadiums as soon as July.

MailSport report the government in France will allow up gathering of 5k for the football in July, which will still leave games heavily under capacity but it’s a step in the right direction.

With talk at the start of this crisis that no fans would be through the door this year — it certainly lifts the spirits of people who are desperate to get back to supporting our club.

In France, and like anywhere, everything is under constant review. By the time the new season rolls around in the country, there might be more allowed into games, or less, depending on how things go.

Celtic are leading the way in Scotland and have submitted their proposal to begin to bring fans back to the Scottish government alongside the Scottish Rugby Union.
