The Green Brigade have confirmed their plans to honour Bertie Auld at Hampden on Saturday when the bhoys take on St Johnstone in the semi final of the League Cup.

Ange Postecoglou will manage his first game at the national stadium and hope to get the Hoops through to their first final under his guidance.

Away from the game, it’s going to be an emotional day for supporters who want to pay tribute to the one and only Bertie Auld.

The GB has confirmed they will be welcoming the players to the stadium with a mosaic – making sure they know they’re playing for Bertie on the night.

They have also encouraged everyone to take part in the 67th minute light up moment where they’ll also likely unveil a banner.

Bertie passed away last weekend. It will be the first time the Celtic fans have got together since his passing and we need to make sure we recognise the Celtic legend and pay tribute to someone who will be sorely missed within the Celtic support.
