Former Celtic striker and current pundit, John Hartson has given his say around Nir Bitton’s red card in the 1-0 loss to Rangers at Ibrox.
Taking to Twitter the Welshman pretty much hits the nail on the head with around the Israeli’s red card.
Bitton has to let Morelos run past him take a chance on Barkas making a save ! Al least Celtic keep 11men on the pitch. No blame on bitton for being 19pts Behind and a goal difference of 22. We couldn’t lose today players gave everything.! can’t see a way back.

Had Bitton allowed the Rangers attack to advance the worst that would have happened is a goal but at least we would still be 11 vs 11 and give ourselves the best chance possible of getting back in the game.
Yesterday was such a missed opportunity. After dominating the game, we failed to take our chances and in the end, came away with nothing.
I don’t know if its harsh to say but a lot of that feels like it comes from the stupidity of the tackle that saw us go down to 10.
Now we have been left with an absolute mountain to climb in order to get this league back on track once again.
