It would be great if Celtic could somehow try to hide the performances of their loan stars. That task is impossible when it comes to Fraser Forster, his form has taken just about everyone by surprise.

Nobody at Celtic Park ever doubted the keeper’s ability but the fact that he had spent so much time in limbo without any game time had to be a concern. The truth is, Fraser has looked better playing for Celtic this time around than his first stint.

With all the attention the shot-stopper has gotten over the past couple of months it has led to Celtic fans asking the most natural question of all, can we keep him?

It was also feared that Fraser and his form could be called upon back down south to a relegation struggling Southampton team. In a press conference earlier today, Saints boss Hasenhutti has said Forster will be staying at Celtic Park until the end of the season. (Full Video On Football 365)

“We have our two goalkeepers, or three goalkeepers, here, and he is on loan until the end of the season. It is not the moment to think about that.”

Celtic also have Southampton winger Mohamed Elyounoussi on loan. He is another player the Celtic faithful wouldn’t mind keeping on a permanent basis.
