Celtic youngster Scott Robertson has got on the score sheet this afternoon for Gillingham.

The young Celtic midfielder appeared to have grabbed the third goal before half time for the League One side against Rochdale.

So far this season, Scott has impressed at the Gills under Steve Evans who has given him great praise throughout the season.

He has had a few injury problems which have made his season a little stop-start but remain consistent within the squad.

Many fans will remember Robertson making his debut last year in the dead rubber Europa League tie against Cluj, in which Celtic lost 2-0 but had already topped the group.

He showed what he was about that night and continued to do so going into the last pre-season.

This loan spell should provide him with the experience he needs in the first team to breakthrough. Next year could be a big season for Robertson who will be looking to try and slot into that Celtic midfield.
