NEIL LENNON has cut a very passionate post match interview where he suggests any player who doesn’t want to be here – leave.

He also put the blame for the performance and Champions League exit down to himself.

Here is some snippets from a BBC Reporter.

The Irishman left two strikers on the bench tonight to facilitate Christie and Ntcham being in the same team alongside Forrest and it didn’t work. He has to take the heat for that and appears to be doing so but you can’t take the blame and then make the suggestion some players should leave if they’re not interested.

It’s a very bitter night for Celtic in the Champions League and it will be our third season without Europe’s top flight competition. Europa league qualifiers are no consolation and serve as a distraction for the season.

Where do the players and team as a whole go from here? They have a game against Motherwell where they must make a point and fast, we’ve not played nearly well enough since football’s restart.

  1. Should’ve made the point tonight. Never mind drawing against Mother’s unwell. Pish poor performance again. Neil you had the whole of the second half to change the result. Lots of Celtics players, will be looking over their shoulders tomorrow. Tonight they won’t get much sleep.
