Celtic put out the word today that they are making plans at Celtic Park in the event the Hoops win the Scottish Cup on Saturday evening.
The bhoys are up against Inverness Caledonian Thistle and are heavy favourite to lift the trophy. However, we have been beaten at Hampden by the Highlander’s in the past and they’ll know all the pressure is on the Scottish champions.
The club want to be prepared for the influx of supporters to the Celtic Way if they bhoys win the treble and have started erecting a stage and barriers at Celtic Park.
Celtic fans have already partied at Celtic Park this year when they clinched the league Tynecastle. Thousands joined the celebrations with the team making an appearance.
If the treble is secured the players and management will return to Paradise with the trophy to meet the fans. It’s good to see the club has started the preparation in the event of a victory.
