Superscoreboard are already in Austria ahead of Celtic’s Europa League Matchday Two tie against Red Bull Salzburg.

The bhoys are flying out Wednesday afternoon after taking in training at Celtic Park this morning – a regular routine so they are close to Glasgow Airport on away days.

Superscoreboards Andrew Maclean was the man on the ground giving fans a look inside the impressive Red Bull Arena.

Salzburg are favourites going into Thursday’s tie.

They have been unbeaten in thirteen games at home in European competition and as Andrew Maclean points out, the club are already top of their league winning nine games out of nine so far.

They are a very technical side and will be able to pick apart any team who doesn’t come prepared to defend for long periods of time.

Celtic have to make possession count, something the bhoys have been struggling with recently. They will certainly see less of the ball but when they do have it they must make accurate and meaningful passes to have any hope of a result.

Of course, Celtic drew 2-2 with Salzburg four years ago when Ronny Deila was in charge. A similar result tomorrow would be welcomed!

Safe journies to all the Celtic fans heading over.
