When Keiran Tierney left Celtic Park in the summer it looked impossible for the club to bring in a ready-made replacement on the cheap and fill the void that KT was going to leave. But now, Neil Lennon will quite happily take on the headache of trying to select a left-back and he has three to choose from.

It is only fair to point out that Jonny Hayes is not a natural left-back, he has just found himself playing in that position due to the unfortunate circumstances of others. The Dubliner has won over a few people with his efforts and he will run himself into the ground for the team.  A lot of fans will feel he is the third choice and effort alone is not good enough.

You never know what you’re going to get with Bolingoli, he can be remarkable going forward and he has electric pace. Some of his dodgy defending and positioning throw some question marks over him but he is still a favourite for a lot of fans.

Greg Taylor took a while to get his Celtic career going but he is slowly establishing himself as an all-rounder. He looks like he could have the complete package for the style of football Celtic play. He looks like he can get forward and link up with attackers but more importantly do his main job which is defending.

Neil Lennon gets accused of having favourites but who is yours?

  1. The biggest problem we have is the 3 in the middle of the park in Brown McGregor, Forest ,who will not play a forward pass, also but have a slow mind play in an attack prefer back passing more than slipping a forward pass ,any midfielder against us, wipes those 3 out with ease, due to them facing away from a attack, our back 4 are up by the 30 yards out cause the 3 in the middle will not move on up and keep our defenders fucking about with back passing. Every game now has 7-8 player for us this side of our half and expect ,2 forward players attack 6-8 defenders change this play or we are dead ducks
