ANGE POSTECOGLOU continues to be the class act in Scottish football. The former Socceroos manager has been praised in so many quarters for his engagement not just with Celtic fans and his team, but opposition players and managers alike.

We again saw Ange putting an arm round Australian Hearts player Cammy Devlin after the 4-1 victory at Celtic Park on Saturday.

The Hoops boss makes a point of speaking to people and he always knows his stuff.

Craig Gordon hasn’t stopped complaining about a legitimate goal scored into him on Saturday afternoon when Kyogo managed to get the ball over the line despite the goalkeeper’s best efforts.

However, at the full time whistle Ange went over to Craig to congratulate him on SFWA Player of the season award and wished him well.

Gordon told the Edinburgh Evening News,: “He congratulated me on a good season and I congratulated him straight back.

“He has done a fantastic job. He was just congratulating me on my award and having a good season.”

Celtic all but confirmed their title after the Hearts win. A point against Dundee Utd on Wednesday night will confirm things but the league has been over for a few weeks now.
