Reo Hatate has shared a post on Instagram showing he’s enjoying some downtime, posting a photo of the Eiffel Tower as he enjoys a break in France ahead of his return to action.

The midfielder’s season has been marred by injuries, having been sidelined again for a significant portion due to a setback sustained on international duty. Despite not playing much so far, his potential impact on the title race remains significant.

Following Reo’s participation in a closed door game against St Mirren last week, the Japan star is enjoying a break ahead of a massive two months

Hatate’s post gives a glimpse into how he’s spending his time off while players not called up for international duty are given a break.

With the league title finely poised Hatate may be being considered for selection against Livingston. If he doesn’t make an appearance in that match, the crucial Glasgow Derby at Ibrox could mark his significant return at the most vital point of the season.

The bhoys are due back at Lennoxtown to begin preparation for the away day at the Tony Macaroni.
