Celtic manager Ange Postecoglou has been widely linked with the job at Spurs over the past few days.
Now, a potential new suitor has been named for the Australian and that is Marseille.
According to Get French Football News, the side who finished 3rd in Ligue 1 in 2022/23 are leaning heavily on the CAA Sports agency to identify their next manager.
Moreover, Marseille’s President, Pablo Longoria, is represented by the same CAA agent as Postecoglou – Frank Trimboli.
It is said the Trimboli connection could be ‘pivotal’ in bringing the 57 year old to France.
All of the current interest in Postecoglou comes as no surprise.
In his time at Celtic thus far, the Australian has been nothing but successful and each day, he continues to wield prosperity in Glasgow’s east end.
This Saturday could be no different and when he leads his players out onto the Hampden turf, Postecoglou will know that his Bhoys could walk off history makers.
