The site is pushing two rumours out to the Celtic support as of late; Ross Desmond is set to come into the fold and now Fergal Harkins may now be joining him.
Fergal has been at Manchester City for eleven years in a variety of roles but his latest is Football Partnerships and Pathways Manager.
The executive has a firm grasp of the football side of things where as right now, Peter Lawwell acts as a director of football with no proper qualifications for the role.
Fergal has also worked at Nike for six years prior to his Man City gig.
