Alison McConnell of the Glasgow Times has claimed Dom McKay’s exit will also prompt ‘significant boardroom change’ at the club.

The journalist has broken Celtic stories in the past and certainly has someone’s ear at the club.

Alison reported on what the club is unofficially putting out to certain media outlets with regards to Dom McKay.

Celtic wished McKay all the best after just three months, but privately, it appears they want supporters to know McKay was not working out in the role and they had no choice but to make the change.
