Sky Sports pundit Andy Walker is looking forward to the occasion, sharing his excitement ahead of the encounter.

Celtic’s lead at the table has been well documented, sitting nine points clear of their rivals. Walker believes that even if The Rangers win on Sunday, it won’t be enough to make Celtic crumble, claiming it would be an “almighty collapse” from the league leaders if the Ibrox side were to lift the title in May.

Speaking ahead of the cup final, Andy Walker said: [The Sun]

“Whoever wins will obviously get a bit of momentum, but even if Rangers win I can’t see Celtic collapsing.

“Their response has been a bit like Michael Beale coming in, they are unbeaten since then. It would take an almighty collapse from Celtic to give up this league title.

“Whoever wins this on Sunday, there will only be one team that can do the Treble. I think that will make it a fascinating contest.”

If The Rangers do win the cup on Sunday, the pressure does fall on Celtic, but in all honesty, it would be surprising if it was to affect them.

Postecoglou has kept the players humble as they work hard to bring success to the club, and the mentality of the players seems to be spot on.
