In one of the more random stories you’ll read today, it would appear Celtic cannot shake off Cluj boss Dan Petrescu with the Romanian turning up at Celtic’s hotel in Dubai!
Celtic and Cluj have met four times this season with Petrescu responsible for knocking Celtic out of the Champions League qualifiers.
The two clubs were then paired in the same Europa League group which Celtic went on to top while Cluj qualified for the knockout stage in second place.
Celtic are currently on their mid-season training camp in Dubai and who would walk into their hotel but the Cluj boss who is apparently just there on holiday.

If Celtic and Cluj progress further in the Europa League they could meet again in the knockout round.
Petrescu was all for the mind games during Cluj and Celtic’s ties and tried his best to get under the skin of Neil Lennon and his men. Maybe they’ll have a drink by the pool now.
